🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-commerce Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our German market expansion by overseeing the planning and execution of e-commerce logistics operations. Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of online orders to our customers. Your expertise will enable us to stay ahead in the competitive German market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and manage e-commerce logistics operations to meet customer expectations• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and optimize supply chain efficiency• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and ensure compliance with SLAs• Develop and maintain knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of shipments• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve the overall customer experience• Stay up-to-date with local and international regulations related to e-commerce and logistics

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics or related field• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics operations, and supply chain management• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and logistics software (e.g., TradeGecko, Zoho)• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)

2+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics for a multinational company• Experience with warehouse management, transportation management, and inventory management systems• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems• Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field• Familiarity with German market-specific regulations and compliance requirements
