🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of online orders to customers in Germany. You will report directly to the E-Commerce Logistics Manager and work closely with the cross-functional team to improve logistics operations.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience

• Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues related to order fulfillment

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce logistics

• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and e-commerce

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, warehouse management, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)

• Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., Manhattan Associates, JDA)

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

• Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce trends

• Knowledge of German market regulations and laws regarding e-commerce
