The Senior E-commerce Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in our e-commerce team, working closely with our digital marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences for our customers. Reporting to the E-commerce Operations Manager, this person will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of e-commerce initiatives to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency. The senior coordinator will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance our e-commerce platform, supply chain, and customer service capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze e-commerce initiatives, including sales promotions, product launches, and logistical operations.
