🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior E-commerce Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in our e-commerce team, working closely with our digital marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences for our customers. Reporting to the E-commerce Operations Manager, this person will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of e-commerce initiatives to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency. The senior coordinator will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance our e-commerce platform, supply chain, and customer service capabilities.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze e-commerce initiatives, including sales promotions, product launches, and logistical operations.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to improve website user experience, online conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the integration of new e-commerce systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, data analytics, and customer engagement.

• Analyze e-commerce metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and manage e-commerce-related budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.

• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance, progress, and challenges.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in e-commerce operations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading e-commerce initiatives, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, financial planning, and budget management.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics software.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP), Digital Marketing (Google Analytics), or Data Analysis (Microsoft Excel).

• Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
