🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Senior E-commerce Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for leading a team of operations specialists, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will report directly to the Director of E-commerce and will be an integral part of our leadership team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs

- Lead a team of operations specialists, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high performance

- Collaborate with the supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational expenses are within allocated limits

- Work closely with the e-commerce team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply

- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with experience managing operational expenses

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, including Magento and Salesforce

- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics management software, such as Trade Geodis

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Experience in the pet industry or a related field

- Certification in supply chain management or operations leadership

- Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

At PetSmart, we offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
