šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Senior E-commerce Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion of our e-commerce presence in Latin America. You will oversee the operational aspects of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless execution, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to our Head of E-commerce, you will lead a team of Operations Specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Your key goal will be to achieve and maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate, while expanding our market share in the region.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including supply chain management, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Lead a team of Operations Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet performance expectations. Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to implement process improvements and ensure timely delivery of products. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership and development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), logistics software, and inventory management systems. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or similar project management certification. Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and agile methodologies. Familiarity with Latin American markets, culture, and regulations. Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
