🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a remote team to drive e-commerce sales growth, optimize supply chain efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you will develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, reduce costs, and improve operational processes. Your impact will be measured by your ability to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of operational efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement

• Lead a remote team of e-commerce operations specialists to ensure seamless execution of daily operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform e-commerce strategies and recommendations

• Develop and manage e-commerce budgets to ensure efficient use of resources

• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

• Ensure alignment with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of operational excellence

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on sales growth and customer engagement

• Proven track record of leading remote teams and developing talent

• Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on sales growth and customer engagement
