🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior e-Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Philippines e-commerce team to achieve business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Regional e-Commerce Director and will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team. Your success will be measured by the team's ability to meet and exceed business targets, customer satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate e-commerce operations across multiple platforms, including website, mobile app, and social media.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.

Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce operation specialists to achieve business objectives and develop their skills.

Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously to meet business deadlines.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing high-performing teams, with a focus on leadership, coaching, and development.

Expertise in project management methodologies, with a focus on Agile and Scrum.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or SalesforceCommerce Cloud.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

Competitive salary: PHP 500,000 - PHP 800,000 per year.
