šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Kohl's e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to optimize the customer shopping experience, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. This role will report directly to the E-commerce Operations Manager and will have a significant impact on the company's online sales and customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze e-commerce metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to implement process improvements and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems, and make recommendations to improve processes and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a leadership or specialist role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization software.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and make recommendations to improve processes and systems.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
- Familiarity with data science tools and methodologies, such as machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Experience with team management and leadership, including developing and maintaining training programs and coaching junior team members.
- Certification in a related field, such as Certified E-commerce Professional (CEP) or Certified Marketing Professional (CMP).
