🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-commerce Platform Manager at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our omnichannel retail platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and a unified brand experience across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you will be expected to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize platform performance.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive platform strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement

• Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain e-commerce platform architectures and infrastructure

• Work closely with product development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and capabilities

• Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of the e-commerce platform to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction

• Develop and manage budgets for platform development, maintenance, and optimization

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions across all touchpoints

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Conduct regular stakeholder reporting and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them in our e-commerce platform

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce platform management, with a focus on omnichannel retail

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through e-commerce platform development and optimization

• Strong technical skills in e-commerce platform development, architecture, and infrastructure

• Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Magento

• Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems

• Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and AR

• Certification in e-commerce platform management or a related field

• Fluent German language skills

Ulta Beauty offers a highly competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
