🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior E-commerce Platform Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our e-commerce platform to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Director of E-commerce and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives. Your leadership and expertise will have a significant impact on our online presence and customer experience.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

β€’ Lead the development and implementation of our e-commerce platform to enhance online shopping experience, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction.

β€’ Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable e-commerce platform that meets our business needs.

β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of platform updates and integrations.

β€’ Analyze platform performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements and technical enhancements.

β€’ Develop and manage budget for e-commerce platform development and maintenance.

β€’ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for e-commerce transactions.

β€’ Conduct regular platform audits to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive.

β€’ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive online sales and engagement.

β€’ Develop and maintain a platform roadmap to ensure our e-commerce platform remains aligned with business goals and objectives.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or MS in related field is a plus.

Strong technical skills in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify or Magento, and experience with platform integrations and APIs.

Excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales and engagement.

Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.

Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms and AWS is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
