🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Senior E-commerce Platform Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform in Mexico. You will be responsible for managing a team of operations specialists, overseeing the daily activities of our online store, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will report directly to the E-commerce Director and will be a key member of our e-commerce leadership team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a team of operations specialists to ensure the timely processing of online orders, returns, and exchanges.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations.

- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement new features on our e-commerce platform.

- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce operations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to e-commerce operations.

- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on managing large-scale online stores.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in managing a team of operations specialists.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.

- Familiarity with digital marketing channel management.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience in managing budgets and resources.

- Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing.

- Fluency in Spanish and English.
