As a Senior E-Commerce Platform Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to Identify and resolve technical issues, implement process improvements, and drive business growth through data analysis. You will report to the Director of E-Commerce Operations and will have a direct impact on our customer experience.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues with the e-commerce platform.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Work with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of e-commerce campaigns.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation for e-commerce processes and procedures.

Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.

Provide training and support to colleagues on e-commerce processes and procedures.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, process improvement, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science).

Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Magento).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a related field.

Certification in a related field (e.g., project management, data analysis).

Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
