π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior E-commerce Supply Chain Manager for our digital health division, you will play a critical role in shaping the supply chain strategy to support our e-commerce growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals and will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that meet business needs, drive growth, and reduce costs. You will have a significant impact on the customer experience, operational efficiency, and business results.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to support e-commerce growth, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, marketing, and product management to ensure alignment and effective supply chain execution. . Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including talent development and performance management. . Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and implement process improvements. . Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and other external partners. . Manage budgets and costs associated with supply chain operations. . Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. . 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. . Proven track record of developing and executing effective supply chain strategies that drive business growth and reduce costs. . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. . Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization. . Experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital health products.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. . Certification in Supply Chain Management, such as CSCP or CPIM. . Experience working in a similar role at a digital health company. . Knowledge of Mexican regulations and compliance requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health insurance, a retirement plan, and 15 days of paid vacation per year.
