🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Senior E-commerce Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our e-commerce supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Reporting to our Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will lead a team of supply chain professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, optimize inventory levels, and reduce costs. Your expertise and leadership will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement e-commerce supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

• Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and job satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including e-commerce, logistics, and customer service teams, to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, optimize inventory levels, and reduce costs.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform supply chain decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and metrics.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners, negotiating contracts and managing performance to ensure high levels of service and quality.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure supply chain performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive supply chain innovation and growth.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, e-commerce operations, or a related field.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading high-performing teams and driving cultural change.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and technologies, including ERP systems, transportation management systems, and inventory management software.

• Strong network of contacts within the supply chain industry, with experience negotiating contracts and managing relationships with external partners.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or SAP Commerce Cloud.

• Certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CLTD.

• Fluency in languages other than English, particularly German or Spanish.
