šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior E-Learning Platform Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our e-learning platforms to support the growth and development of our partners (employees) worldwide. This is a remote role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for learning and development. You will report to the Global Learning Director and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of learning professionals to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as you play a critical role in shaping the future of learning and development at Starbucks.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain our e-learning platforms, including learning management systems, online courses, and mobile apps.
Design and deliver high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of learning programs.
Analyze data and metrics to inform learning strategy and improve program effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to increase learner engagement and participation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in e-learning and apply this knowledge to our platforms.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in e-learning platform management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Proven experience with learning management systems, online course development, and adult learning theory.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and learning management system platforms.
Experience with analytics and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Experience working in a global organization with a diverse audience.
Certification in adult learning, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

We offer a competitive salary range of Ā£50,000 - Ā£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
