šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure with our vehicles and other systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and communication abilities. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Charging Infrastructure and will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement charging infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our business and the adoption of electric vehicles.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain technical specifications for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including hardware and software components, to ensure compatibility with Tesla vehicles and other systems.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Sales, to identify and prioritize charging infrastructure projects.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

* Work with vendors and partners to develop and implement charging infrastructure solutions that meet Tesla's standards.

* Conduct technical testing and validation of charging infrastructure to ensure compliance with Tesla's quality standards.

* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in charging infrastructure performance.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support charging infrastructure deployment and maintenance.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in electric vehicle charging infrastructure and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.

* Collaborate with the Charging Infrastructure team to develop and implement new business opportunities and growth strategies.

* Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement charging infrastructure-related products and features.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in electric vehicle charging infrastructure, with a focus on technical specification development, project management, and vendor collaboration.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.

* Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including hardware and software components.

* Excellent project management skills, including experience with project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
