šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Enterprise Security Architect at HCA Healthcare, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust security solutions to protect our digital assets. You will report to our CISO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security posture aligns with industry best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture that enables our business to operate securely and efficiently.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement enterprise-wide security architecture to protect against emerging threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Design and implement security controls to protect sensitive data and systems.
Develop and maintain security architecture documentation to ensure compliance.
Work with vendors to select and implement security solutions.
Collaborate with incident response team to investigate and respond to security incidents.
Provide security awareness training and education to employees.
Develop and maintain security metrics to measure and improve our security posture.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on enterprise security architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
CISSP or CEH certification.
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
Experience with cloud security, SaaS, and IaaS.
Expertise in security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
CISSP-ISSAP or CISM certification.
Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Knowledge of DevOps and Agile development methodologies.
