🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Senior Financial Analyst in Retail Banking, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data to inform business decisions, forecasting revenue growth, and identifying areas for cost savings. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement financial models, reports, and dashboards to drive business performance. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and achieve our strategic objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including forecasting and budgeting tools, to support business decision-making.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to understand business needs and develop solutions.

• Design and implement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership on investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

• Develop and present financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, to senior management and the board of directors.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, including at least 5 years in senior analyst or manager role.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Advanced certification in financial analysis, such as CFA or CFP.

• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working with large datasets and financial software, such as Oracle or SAP.

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.

• Additional certifications, such as Six Sigma or Agile.

• Experience working in retail banking or related industry.

• Strong network and connections in the financial sector.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
