🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Fintech Cloud Architect to join our E-commerce Solutions team, which is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based architectures for our e-commerce platforms. As a Senior Fintech Cloud Architect, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations. You will report directly to our E-commerce Solutions Director and will be expected to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of our cloud architecture roadmap.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement cloud-based architectures for e-commerce platforms using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure to support high-traffic e-commerce websites and applications.

Collaborate with our development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with existing applications.

Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.

Develop and enforce cloud security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with our DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of cloud-based applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our cloud architecture and infrastructure.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift.

Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance with industry standards.

Certifications in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with cloud-based DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.

Certifications in cloud engineering, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer.
