šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Flight Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in our European expansion plans, overseeing flight operations, and ensuring the safety of our passengers and crew. Reporting to the Vice President of Flight Operations, you'll work closely with our European-based teams to develop and implement operational strategies, improve efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction. Your impact will be felt across the organization, influencing the direction of our European operations and contributing to our continued growth and success.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement operational strategies to support our European expansion plans.
Collaborate with European-based teams to ensure seamless integration of our operations.
Oversee flight planning, scheduling, and dispatch to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Work closely with our maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are airworthy and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing recommendations to enhance our services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airports, air traffic control, and regulatory authorities.
Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of personnel and assets.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 8 years' experience in flight operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation, business, or a related discipline.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in aircraft scheduling software and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for improvement.
Fluency in English and German is essential, with a working knowledge of other European languages desirable.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Certification in a relevant area, such as airline management or aviation safety.
Prior experience working in a similar role in the airline industry.
Ability to travel frequently to support European operations.

Competitive salary range: ā¬55,000 - ā¬75,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
