🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Full Stack Developer on our eCommerce Solutions team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient full stack applications that power our omnichannel retail experiences. Reporting to the Technical Lead, eCommerce Solutions, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet the complex needs of our customers, drive business growth, and maintain our technical edge in the industry. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full stack applications using a range of technologies, including Node.js, React, and MongoDB.

• Collaborate with our cross-functional team to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote best practices and improve overall team performance.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our team.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all team members.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our applications.

• Participate in planning, prioritization, and estimation of work items, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full stack development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in Node.js, React, and MongoDB, with experience in designing and developing scalable and efficient full stack applications.

• Strong understanding of software design patterns, including microservices architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience with containerization using Docker.

• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

• Certification in Node.js, React, or MongoDB.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Senior Full Stack Developer on our eCommerce Solutions team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
