π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Full Stack Developer on our remote operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and tools to support our business operations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and efficiency. You will report directly to our Technical Lead and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop high-quality full stack web applications using a variety of programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python) and technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Angular).
- Collaborate with our product owners to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with our existing systems and tools.
- Work with our DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of our applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and recommend best practices to the team.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- Participate in our Agile development process and contribute to the planning and execution of sprints.
- Work closely with our QA team to ensure high-quality testing and validation of our applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our development processes.
- Collaborate with our customer support team to resolve technical issues and improve our customer experience.
- Participate in our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) process to ensure seamless deployment of our applications.
- Work with our security team to ensure the security and integrity of our applications and systems.
- Participate in our code optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in secure coding and software development.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to identify and implement technical solutions to improve our operations.
- Participate in our knowledge sharing and learning initiatives to improve our technical expertise.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of database concepts and design principles.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts and applications.
- Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with testing and validation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, PyUnit).
