šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Global Benefits Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our global benefits programs. You will report to the Global Benefits Operations Manager and work closely with various stakeholders, including benefits teams, HR, and finance. Your work will have a significant impact on the success of our benefits initiatives and will contribute to the overall growth and profitability of our company.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement global benefits programs, including health, life, and disability insurance, that meet the needs of our diverse employee population. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute benefits communications and training programs. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services. Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track benefits metrics and key performance indicators. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to benefits teams and employees on benefits-related matters. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure our benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of experience in benefits operations, HR, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, business, or finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Experience with benefits administration software and systems, such as Workday or ADP. Certification in benefits administration or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-CP.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR or business. 8+ years of experience in benefits operations or a related field. Experience with global benefits programs and operations. Certification in a related field, such as Global Benefits Specialist or International Benefits Specialist. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in global benefits.
