π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Global Claims Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping Allstate make data-driven decisions to improve our claims process and customer experience. You will report to the Data and Analytics Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics solutions. Your expertise will help drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain complex data models and predictive analytics models to support claims data analysis and forecasting.
Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and performance management.
Provide data analytics support to business stakeholders to inform product development, pricing, and risk management decisions.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
Strong knowledge of data mining, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques.
Experience working with business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Certification in data science, machine learning, or data engineering.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
