🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Global Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading our QSR insights team, providing data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimization. You will report directly to the Director of Global Data Analytics and will have a significant impact on our business outcomes. This role will involve working closely with our global operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain complex data models to analyze QSR trends and customer behavior

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven business solutions

* Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership on key business metrics and trends

* Lead data analytics projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our data analytics strategy

* Collaborate with external partners, such as market research firms and data analytics vendors

* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

* Ensure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality while adhering to regulatory requirements

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on QSR or retail

* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL

* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

* Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions such as Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

* Experience working with large datasets and performing data quality checks

* Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science

* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques

* Familiarity with QSR or retail industry trends and best practices

* Experience working in a global, matrix-organized company

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Senior Global Data Analytics Manager at McDonald's, you will receive a competitive salary range of €75,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and 25 days of vacation per year.
