π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Global Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and process improvements across our international operations. Reporting to the Director of Global Digital Transformation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and employee experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital landscape, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve and maintain our market leadership position.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
Collaborate with global IT teams to design, implement, and roll out new digital solutions, including mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, and digital signage.
Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for digital innovation, presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
Work with global marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data analytics and customer insights.
Design and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new digital technologies by employees.
Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize digital processes for inventory management, delivery, and customer fulfillment.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or related field, with a focus on quick service restaurants or fast food industry.
Proven expertise in digital technology implementation, including mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, and digital signage.
Experience with data analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and project management tools.
Certification in digital transformation, IT consulting, or related field a plus.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, artificial intelligence, or machine learning a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages, including German, a plus.
Certification in digital marketing or customer experience a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬55,000 - β¬75,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, 25 days of annual leave, and a comprehensive remote work policy.
