🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist — EMEA Expansion, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Uber in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mobility solutions that meet the evolving needs of riders and drivers in the region. This role exists to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall rider experience. You will report directly to the Regional Head of Mobility for EMEA and will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations and expertise to inform business decisions. Your impact will be measured by the growth of Uber's mobility services in the EMEA region, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced operational efficiency.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of Uber's mobility services in EMEA.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new mobility solutions that meet the evolving needs of riders and drivers in the region.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the EMEA mobility market.

Provide expertise and strategic recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Work closely with the Regional Head of Mobility for EMEA to develop and execute business plans.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and local authorities.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Uber's mobility services in EMEA and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the internal communications team to develop and execute external communications strategies that promote Uber's mobility services in EMEA.

Provide training and support to driver and rider support teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the mobility industry and identify opportunities for Uber to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in mobility, transportation, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or transportation.

Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in a mobility-related field.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.

Strong expertise in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using data analysis tools and software.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business or transportation.

5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Certification in a relevant field, such as project management or data analysis.

Strong understanding of the EMEA mobility market and trends.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new mobility solutions.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 55,000 - EUR 80,000, depending on experience.
