The Senior Global Supply Chain Logistics Manager will play a critical role in leading our remote supply chain team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute global logistics strategies. Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain, this position will be responsible for optimizing our company's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring on-time delivery of products to our customers, and continuously improving our logistics processes to drive business growth and profitability. This role will have a significant impact on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and enhancing our company's reputation as a leader in the food industry.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement global logistics strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve global supply chain processes, ensuring smooth and efficient product flow

- Manage global transportation operations, including freight management, carrier relationships, and logistics analytics

- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and revenue growth

- Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Identify and implement emerging technologies and innovations to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability

- Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and strategies

- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on supply chain performance and areas for improvement

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred

- Minimum 8 years of experience in global logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on senior leadership roles

- Proven track record of developing and executing global logistics strategies that drive business growth and profitability

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a remote team

- Experience with logistics software and technology, including transportation management systems and supply chain analytics tools

- Familiarity with global logistics regulations and industry standards

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working in a fast-paced global logistics environment, with a focus on food industry supply chain

- Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as blockchain, AI, and IoT, and their applications in supply chain management

- Certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CLTD

- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies
