π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Global Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our European retail strategy, driving supply chain optimizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives. You'll report directly to our European Operations Director and will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that meet our high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best possible prices, quality, and delivery times.
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for supply chain improvements and cost savings.
Collaborate with our Category Management team to ensure alignment between supply chain strategies and business objectives.
Design and implement process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with our quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed in their roles.
Develop and manage the annual supply chain budget, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and financial goals.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in retail or foodservice.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proven track record of driving supply chain improvements, cost savings, and process efficiencies.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed business decisions.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or equivalent certification.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
