🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Supply Chain Operations Risk Manager to join our risk management team, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain Risk Management. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks globally, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain operations, risk management best practices, and industry regulations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, monitor risk exposure, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain risks globally.

Identify and assess potential supply chain risks, including those related to logistics, transportation, and procurement.

Monitor and report on key risk indicators, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Provide risk management training and support to supply chain teams.

Conduct supplier risk assessments and due diligence.

Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in supply chain operations or risk management.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, risk management best practices, and industry regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in risk management tools and technologies.

Fluent English language skills (additional language proficiency is a plus).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification.

Experience working in a multinational corporation or global supply chain environment.

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
