🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of recruitment strategies globally, driving business growth through talent acquisition and retention. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, Europe, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to attract, source, and hire top talent in the industry. Your impact will be seen in the growth and development of our workforce, driving us towards our goal of becoming a leader in the entertainment industry.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to meet business needs, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.

Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

Manage the recruitment process from initial application to onboarding, ensuring efficient and effective execution.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies and recruitment vendors.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve results.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and metrics.

Provide regular reporting on recruitment progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a proven track record of success.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Fluency in English and German languages, both written and spoken.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certification in recruitment or HR management, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.

Experience working in a global organization, with a proven ability to adapt to different cultures and markets.

Base salary ranging from 55,000 EUR to 75,000 EUR per annum, depending on experience.
