🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

In this unique role, you will be part of our Wealth and Asset Management team in Germany, responsible for delivering exceptional operational support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing timely and accurate information, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will report directly to the Operations Manager, Germany, and will be working closely with our global teams to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams on new products, processes, and technologies.

- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our operations are compliant and best-in-class.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying current with new features and functionality.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client experience and internal processes.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and consultants.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in Wealth and Asset Management operations, with a strong focus on client service and support.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- German language skills (B2 level or higher) required; English language skills also highly desirable.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in Wealth and Asset Management operations, with a strong focus on client service and support.

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with experience in implementing and maintaining compliance programs.

- Experience working with external partners, such as vendors and consultants.

- Certified Financial Planning (CFP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
