As a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Population Health Management (PHM) team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain analytics solutions that inform data-driven decisions, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall value of our services. Reporting directly to the PHM Director, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of analytics programs from concept to delivery. Your expertise will help drive business growth, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain complex data models, integrating multiple data sources to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement analytical solutions that meet business requirements.

Contribute to the development of data visualisation tools and reports to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decisions.

Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into analytics solutions.

Maintain high-quality data documentation, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.

Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven expertise in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Experience with data mining, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.

Strong understanding of data governance, ethics, and confidentiality principles.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of population health management principles and analytics.
