🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Home Improvement Project Manager, you'll lead high-profile home renovation projects from start to finish, working closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Project Management Lead, you'll drive business growth, improve processes, and develop a high-performing team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complex home renovation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality results.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, developing tailored project plans and timelines.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and minimizing costs.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

• Analyze project metrics, providing insights to improve future project planning and execution.

• Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of project management experience in home improvement, construction, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Proven experience working with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver complex projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field.

• Experience working with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary range: €55,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
