🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior International E-commerce Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize our e-commerce supply chain, developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Director of E-commerce Operations and will have a significant impact on our company's bottom line.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain complex data models to analyze and predict e-commerce sales, demand, and inventory levels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Logistics, to implement data-driven solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze and optimize e-commerce supply chain processes, including inventory management, shipping, and returns.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.

• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and e-commerce analytics tools (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations.

• Fluency in German and English languages.

• Experience with cloud-based software tools (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

• Certification in Six Sigma or a related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong knowledge of data management and data governance principles.
