🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior International Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator at Wawa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain logistics across Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating with our international team to manage global transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Reporting to the Director of International Supply Chain Logistics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize supply chain performance. Your expertise in international logistics and coordination will drive significant impact on our business.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage global transportation and logistics operations across Germany, including coordination with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Collaborate with the international team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in international supply chain logistics, with a proven track record of success in managing global transportation and inventory operations.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Advanced understanding of international logistics regulations, customs procedures, and industry standards.

Proficiency in logistics software, including transportation management systems and warehouse management systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, such as CSCP or CLTD.

Proficiency in multiple languages, including German and English.

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
