🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Market Data Analyst for our Latin America Business Unit, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth in our Mexico operations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You will report to our Director of Business Intelligence and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

* Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to visualize and communicate data insights

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty

* Provide data analysis and insights to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure data-driven decision making

* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analysis and reporting practices are best-in-class

* Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization

* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all aspects of data analysis and reporting

* Develop and maintain documentation and policies for data analysis and reporting practices

* Develop and maintain training programs for data analysis and reporting best practices

* Collaborate with IT team to ensure integration with other systems and tools

* Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in data analysis and reporting practices

* Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in data analysis and reporting practices

* Develop and maintain a culture of transparency and accountability in data analysis and reporting practices

* Collaborate with external partners to develop and maintain data standards and best practices

* Develop and maintain a culture of innovation and experimentation in data analysis and reporting practices

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on business intelligence and analytics

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

* Advanced degree in data science, business analytics, or related field (desirable)

* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

* Experience with data visualization and communication tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

* Experience with data modeling and architecture, including data warehousing and big data technologies

* Experience with statistical analysis and modeling, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis

* Experience with data quality and integrity, including data validation and data cleaning

* Experience with data security and compliance, including GDPR and CCPA

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights

* Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions

* Fluency in Spanish and English required

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar platforms

* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including TensorFlow or similar tools

* Experience with data modeling and architecture, including data warehousing and big data technologies

* Experience with statistical analysis and modeling, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis

* Experience with data quality and integrity, including data validation and data cleaning

* Experience with data security and compliance, including GDPR and CCPA

* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or similar methodologies

* Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools, including Slack or similar tools

* Experience with cloud-based project management tools, including Trello or similar tools

* Experience with cloud-based time tracking tools, including Harvest or similar tools

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

* Salary: 500,000 - 700,000 MXN per year, depending on experience and qualifications
