šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mobility Data Analyst to join our Mexico Operations Optimization team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization within our Mexico operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, and finance, to drive business decisions and implement process improvements. The Senior Mobility Data Analyst will report to the Analytics Manager and will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability in Mexico.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization within our Mexico operations.

Develop and maintain complex statistical models to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and predict supply chain disruptions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, including supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.

Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, suppliers, and other business leaders.

Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues impacting Mexico operations.

Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.

Proficiency in statistical programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Certification in data science or business analytics.

Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with lean six sigma principles and tools.
