šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Pet Care Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction at Chewy. You will report directly to the Director of Pet Care Operations and will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in our pet care services. Your recommendations will be implemented by cross-functional teams, and you will work closely with them to ensure successful execution. Your impact will be measured by the improvements in customer satisfaction and retention, as well as the growth of our pet care business.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and maintain complex data models and analysis to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our pet care services
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and ensure successful execution
. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools to support business decision-making
. Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth
. Identify and prioritize projects to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
. Collaborate with the Director of Pet Care Operations to develop and execute business strategy
. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with complex data models
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g. Python, R)
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience working in the pet industry or a related field
Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics)
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (e.g. Amazon Redshift, Microsoft SQL Server)
Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
