🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager for CVS Health's Pharmacy Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals to support our retail pharmacy operations. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Your team will be responsible for managing pharmacy inventory, supervising pharmacy operations, and coaching pharmacy staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve pharmacy performance, patient satisfaction, and business growth.

- Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to achieve operational excellence, including managing inventory, supervising pharmacy operations, and coaching pharmacy staff.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve business objectives, including sales growth, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

- Analyze and report on pharmacy performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Provide coaching and development opportunities to pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy operations, pharmacy management, and clinical services, to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

- Develop and manage budget and resources to achieve operational objectives.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including leadership roles.

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record of leadership and management in a retail pharmacy environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and pharmacy staff.

- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.

- Experience with pharmacy management systems and technology, including inventory management, patient engagement, and data analytics.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience as a pharmacy manager or in a leadership role in a retail pharmacy environment.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including developing and implementing metrics to measure pharmacy performance.

- Certification in pharmacy operations or leadership, such as the Certified Pharmacy Professional (CPP) or Certified Pharmacy Operations Leader (CPOL).
