🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager is a key leadership role that oversees the daily operations of our remote pharmacy team in the Philippines. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, efficient operations, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll report directly to the Regional Operations Director and will have a significant impact on our team's productivity and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage and motivate a team of remote pharmacy professionals to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy, logistics, and customer service to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance pharmacy operations and customer experience.

Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy or retail environment.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Certification in pharmacy management or a related field.

Experience working with pharmacy software and systems.
