🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Product Manager for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that drive the adoption of electric vehicles and enhance the charging experience. You will report directly to the Head of Product Development and be part of a talented team of product managers, engineers, and designers who are passionate about making transportation more sustainable. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the electric vehicle market and contribute to a cleaner and healthier environment.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute product strategies that meet the needs of electric vehicle customers and drive market growth

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products to life

* Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback to inform product decisions

* Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment

* Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product launches

* Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Toyota remains a leader in the electric vehicle market

* Develop and implement processes and tools to improve product development efficiency and quality

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the automotive or technology industry

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or design

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights

* Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall

* Familiarity with electric vehicle technology and charging infrastructure

* Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop products that meet their expectations

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or design

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, such as product manager or product director

* Certification in product management or a related field

* Experience with product development tools, such as Jira or ProductPlan

* Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid vacation days.
