🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Senior Retail Operations Coordinator in Germany, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our local operations. Reporting directly to the Store Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, driving sales growth, and implementing best practices across our German stores. Your impact will be felt throughout the organization, from enhancing customer experiences to driving business results.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement store operations strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase staff productivity. Collaborate with store managers to ensure effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize store performance. Foster strong relationships with district managers, area coaches, and other key stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, identify areas for improvement, and recognize exceptional performance. Design and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of learning and development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements, providing insights to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain accurate, timely, and detailed reports on store performance, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analytics tools. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, with a strong background in inventory management and visual merchandising.
