šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Revenue Growth Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us optimize our revenue streams, driving business growth, and enhancing customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to increase revenue, improve forecasting, and reduce costs. Your impact will be measured by the improvement in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain revenue management strategies, focusing on yield optimization, revenue forecasting, and rate management.

• Collaborate with the revenue team to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to optimize fare structures, capacity allocation, and revenue management across various channels.

• Monitor and analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behavior to inform revenue growth strategies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, airports, and government agencies, to negotiate contracts and optimize revenue streams.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.

• Develop and maintain complex revenue models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with the revenue management team to implement new revenue streams, such as ancillary revenue opportunities, and optimize existing revenue streams.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as economics, mathematics, or statistics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience with revenue management software, such as SAP or Amadeus, is a plus.

• Familiarity with the airline industry and revenue management concepts, principles, and best practices.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as economics or mathematics.

• Experience with data science tools, such as Python or R, and machine learning algorithms.

• Certification in revenue management, such as the Certified Revenue Management Professional (CRMP) designation.

• Familiarity with revenue optimization software, such as RevMax or ProfitSword.

• Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
