🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Risk Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the bank's regulatory compliance and identifying potential risks. You will work closely with the Risk Management team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve overall risk posture. This role exists to ensure that Bank of America's risk management practices align with industry regulations and that our customers' assets are protected. You will report directly to the Risk Management Director and have a significant impact on the bank's risk management framework.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide risk management training and support to employees across the organization.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Risk Management Professional (CRM) certification or relevant experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in risk management and compliance.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification.

Experience working with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
