🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in integrating our e-commerce platform with our existing supply chain infrastructure. You will work closely with our logistics and IT teams to analyze and optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient inventory management. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze e-commerce order volume and inventory data to inform supply chain planning and optimization.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Design and implement process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain integrations with e-commerce platforms and other supply chain systems.

Analyze and report on KPIs related to supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Provide supply chain expertise to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis and optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation.

Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.

Familiarity with lean six sigma methodologies.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCP.

Experience with supply chain planning and execution software.

Knowledge of German language (optional).
