🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations through data-driven insights. Working closely with our Supply Chain leadership, you will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and process improvements. Your expertise will help inform strategic decisions that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our operational efficiency. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Analytics Manager and will be an integral member of our analytics team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain advanced data models and analytics frameworks to support supply chain decision-making.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and communicate supply chain analytics and insights.

- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support supply chain operations and decision-making.

- Continuously monitor and improve data quality, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance supply chain analytics.

- Develop and maintain knowledge-sharing strategies to ensure effective communication and dissemination of analytics insights across the organization.

- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources, resolve technical issues, and enhance data infrastructure.

- Develop and lead analytics projects to support business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex data insights to executive-level audiences.

- Experience working with large datasets, including data mining and predictive analytics.

- Familiarity with supply chain operations and logistics.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

- Strong network and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

This is a remote role with a salary range of £52,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits.
