šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Data Analytics Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Merchandising, and Finance, to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes. This role will have a significant impact on the company's ability to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain detailed analytics reports and dashboards to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) on supply chain operations, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and on-time delivery rates.

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk, and develop data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, including workflow enhancements, inventory management, and transportation optimization.

- Provide data-driven insights to inform business cases and proposals for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, store openings, and supply chain enhancements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Merchandising, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and data-driven decision-making, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.

- Develop and maintain data visualizations and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance, including data validation, data cleansing, and data standardization.

- Partner with the IT team to develop and maintain data architecture, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.

- Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies and initiatives, and use these metrics to inform business decisions.

- Identify and develop opportunities to leverage data analytics to drive business growth and improvement, and develop business cases and proposals to support these initiatives.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data science, or a related field, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling, including expertise in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

- Experience with data management and governance, including data validation, data cleansing, and data standardization.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with data architecture, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and make data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes.

- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and decision trees.

- Certification in data analytics, data science, or a related field, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.

- Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Plotly.

- Certification in supply chain management, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks, such as the Data Governance Framework or the Data Quality Framework.

- Experience with data storytelling and visualization, including the development of compelling narratives and presentations.

- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
