šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce logistics network, ensuring that we meet our service level agreements and exceed our customers' expectations. You will report directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team of logistics professionals.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

- Lead the management of a team of logistics professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and innovation to drive business results

- Analyze and resolve complex logistics issues, developing creative solutions to meet our customers' needs

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial performance and compliance with company policies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement

- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop and execute customer-centric solutions

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems, including transportation management, warehousing, and customs brokerage

- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and drive business results

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of logistics professionals

- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of metrics and key performance indicators

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Certification in a logistics or supply chain discipline, such as CMILT or CSCP

- Experience with logistics technology, including transportation management systems and warehouse management systems

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics and customer expectations
