🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager on our Germany Regional Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to our stores. Reporting to the Germany Regional Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement cost-saving initiatives, and drive business growth. This role will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.

Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.

Manage and optimize supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Develop and implement effective inventory management and control strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Analyze and report on key performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a proven track record of success in managing complex supply chain logistics.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Advanced knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using supply chain management software.

Language proficiency in English and German.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Certification in supply chain management or logistics.

Experience working in the retail or food industry.

Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
